Terms of Service — San Diego Jewelry Buyers

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from shop.sandiegojewelrybuyers.com (the "Store"), operated by San Diego Jewelry Buyers ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from the Store.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability
We sell new, pre-owned, estate, and vintage jewelry and luxury goods. Pre-owned and estate items are sold in the condition described and may show signs of prior wear consistent with their age and use; descriptions and photos are provided in good faith. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — including after an order is placed — at our sole discretion. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance & Verification
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to verify payment and identity, to screen orders for fraud, and to decline or cancel any order that fails verification.

5. Payment
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information is accurate. Fraudulent transactions and unauthorized chargebacks will be reported and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Authenticity
Items are independently inspected and authenticated by San Diego Jewelry Buyers. We are an independent reseller and are not an authorized dealer of, affiliated with, or endorsed by any brand or manufacturer whose products we may resell.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except where expressly stated in writing, all items are sold "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, San Diego Jewelry Buyers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless San Diego Jewelry Buyers from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Store.

10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
